The latest episode of Bravo’s Real Housewives shows had a bit of a different tune to it.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premiered Monday night and was expected to reach huge audiences after the suicide of cast member Taylor Armstrong’s husband, Russell.

When a Bravo executive was asked if Russell would be appearing in the show this season, it was made known that he would not appear in the first few episodes but left the question of later appearances open.

Russell’s family is keeping a close eye on the show to make sure that he is portrayed in a positive light.
