What’s Up Weekly

Colts fans everywhere are shaking in their boots – literally. The Colts confirmed today that the team’s quarterback, Peyton Manning, will not be playing in this year’s season opener.

The star player had a microdisectomy procedure in May earlier this year. Due to slow recovery, Peyton will not be joining the team on the field this Sunday.

Manning is the face of the NFL and the Colts need him to be competitive.

The Colts’ back up quarterback Kerry Collins says he is ready to take over and let’s just say, he has big shoes to fill.
