Stage Collapses at Indiana State Fair

Numerous news agencies have now reported that 4 people have died in the stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair in Indianapolis.

Reportedly hundreds were trapped under the scaffolding and dozens were injured.

It is believed that a strong gust of wind from a brewing storm caused the collapse of the stage, minutes before the country band Sugarland was set to perform.

12 people were injured tonight when a stage collapsed at the Indiana State Fair in Indianapolis, minutes before Sugarland was set to perform.

A sudden strong gust of wind from a storm is believed to be the cause of the malfunction.

At least 12 were injured, but Sugarland had not taken the stage yet and was not harmed. They sent out this tweet to their fans:
