Hoosiers Attempt to Break Dodgeball Record

Posted on April 28, 2011

Hoosiers are trying to make history tonight by attempting to break the world record for the largest game of dodgeball.

The current record consists of 920 people playing at one time, but IU students believe they can beat that.

It costs $1 per entry and all proceeds go to Samaritans Feet. The event is put on by Btown Menus and Samaritans Feet, which is an organization that provides shoes for kids around the world.

Help us Hoosiers make our mark on the world and in the record books by going to Armstrong Stadium tonight at 6:00 PM.

Unfortunately, due to weather concerns the game had to be postponed until Friday. With the short notice, the game failed to bring in as many people and break the record.
